Welcome to Not Me! Monday! This blog carnival was created by
MckMama. You can head over to her
blog to read what she and everyone else have not been doing this week.
I've been following MckMama's blog for a while, and thought this looked like fun, so I'm going to give it a try.
Here goes.......
The tv in our house is NOT on a lot. I am certainly NOT obsessed with reruns of Friends. I most definitely do NOT have all 10 seasons minus one on DVD, and if I did I would never watch them incessantly. Caroline most certainly does NOT get excited every time she hears the theme song, stop whatever she is doing and dance to the music. She does NOT recognize the song since she has NOT heard it since birth or even since she was in the womb.
I do NOT get behind on my housework. A supermom is able to balance work, housework and childcare, and I am NOT anything but a supermom. I most certainly do NOT skip a day (or two or three) of vacumming the floor. So that is why my newly crawling 10 month old does NOT stop every few inches to pick something up off the rug and hand it up to me as if to say, "You missed a spot, Mommy!"
Because I don't get behind on housework, it is definitely NOT true that for the past week all our clean clothes have remained in laundry baskets. Last week my poor husband definitely did NOT have to rumage around in an early morning stupor to dig through two laundry baskets of clothes to find a clean shirt and pair of jeans. Who would let laundry pile up like that? NOT ME!
Last Friday afternoon I did NOT spend the majority of Caroline's three hour nap on the internet reading about the "Jon and Kate Plus 8" controversy. To waste time like that would just be ridiculous. Especially when I could have been putting away laundry and vacumming the floor!

Kate,
I love "Not me, Mondays"! Hilarious!! I can totally relate! I hate to tell you this, but the 'Not me' list only gets worse with the second baby!!
Alicia :)
Oh how your "NOT ME" laundry days sound like me. It's too bad that we have at least four laundry baskets!
Have a good week.
